Quantum Ball - 4-5" ball with some give in it. I lovingly refer to this beauty as the Quantum Ball. You can get one from me by Clicking "Prop Pack". 

Swim Noodle - I use 1/3 of a noodle and you can get this from me as well. Mine has a solid center.

Tune-Up Balls

Oh how I love the Tune-Up Balls…you can order them on Amazon or use 2 tennis balls or racquet balls and put them in a tube sock and tie it off. Great for Car rides!

36" Foam Roller

Meet my 36” foam roller! I think they should be a foam holder as we won’t be rollin’. The foam roller is great for low back traction and chest and shoulder opener. Neck rotation and a full spine inventory and at work I sit on one while I eat snacks in between clients:-D

Bolster & Yoga Strap

You can use a big pillow for that bolster but I gotta say once I got a bolster I was smitten. We also use a yoga strap sometimes which you can use a twin sheet if ya want. Link for my favorite bolster down below.
